Webinar Participation Policy

At Paws in Work, we are committed to creating secure, professional, and engaging virtual experiences. Our webinars are designed to provide value to participants while protecting the privacy, security, and wellbeing of everyone involved.

To maintain these standards, all attendees must follow the guidelines outlined in this policy. By registering for and attending a Paws in Work webinar, you confirm your agreement to these terms. This policy should be read alongside our [Privacy Policy

1. Registration and Access

Client-specific registration: Registration links are provided to our clients and must only be shared internally within your organisation. Each registrant will receive a unique joining link which is valid for their individual use only.

No public sharing: Registration or joining links must not be posted publicly (for example, on social media) or shared outside of your business. If this occurs, the link will be cancelled and reissued for security purposes. Repeated breaches may result in removal from future webinars.

Authentication: Authentication of registration is mandatory. Attendees must verify their registration via email, Zoom, or another approved method before entry. Without successful authentication, access will not be granted.

2. Punctuality and Attendance

Late entry: To avoid disruption, participants joining after the start time may be admitted silently and without recap. In some sessions, late entry may not be permitted. To help ensure timely participation, we recommend logging in around five minutes before the scheduled start.

Attendance monitoring: Attendance is logged for reporting, CPD, and to provide clients with accurate post-event resources. This is processed in line with our [Privacy Policy]

3. Conduct and Chat Etiquette

Professional behaviour: All participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times. Harassment, intimidation, discriminatory behaviour, or the use of offensive or profane language will not be tolerated. Any such conduct will result in immediate removal from the session and appropriate follow-up action.

Q&A function: Attendees may submit questions to the host via the Q&A function. Questions may be shared by the host with the group. If a participant’s submission is shared, it must not be disclosed outside the session without their permission.

4. Recording and Content Distribution

Our recordings: All Paws in Work webinars are recorded. These recordings are provided to clients for internal distribution only, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Breach of use: Sharing webinar recordings or materials publicly, or outside your business, is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual property: All webinar content, including recordings, slides, case studies, and supplementary materials, remains the property of Paws in Work. Redistribution, resale, or repurposing without written approval is a breach of this policy.

Use of resources: If downloadable resources are provided, they are intended solely for personal or internal use by the client organisation. They must not be shared publicly or commercially.

5. Security and Housekeeping

Secure access: Participants must only join using the official confirmation link provided.

Data collection: Registration details (name, email address, company) will be collected and processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]

Anonymised engagement: Poll results, feedback, and Q&A submissions may be collected anonymously to improve future sessions.

Confidentiality: If a participant’s Q&A is shared with the group, this information must not be disclosed outside the session without their consent.
