Who is this course for?
This course is essential for anyone who would like to;
- develop practical skills in being able to spot the signs of mental health issues

Mental Health First Aiders are not qualified to provide therapy. However, being able to intervene and guide affected individuals onto appropriate professional help, before the mental health issue escalates, can be lifesaving.
Mental Health First Aiders will often be the first port of call for anyone experiencing mental health struggles in the workplace. At Paws in Work, we believe that they should be mandatory in every working environment.
