FAQs
What is virtual puppy therapy?
Virtual Puppy Therapy is a new, fun way to experience the benefits of puppy therapy from the comfort of your own home. We have been inundated with requests for virtual pups whilst everyone is waiting for offices to reopen, and have put together a new 360° experience to get you as close to the pups as you would be at our normal events. We’ve also added a host of talks and workshops to the event to give you plenty of different ways to boost your wellbeing whilst we wait for life to return to normal.
How do I access the event?
The Organiser of your event will send you a link to your Access Page, where you’ll be asked to register your details. You’ll then be able to log in to the Event Page where you’ll be able to see the overview of the day and access links to the various sessions that will be taking place.
Can I view it on mobile devices?
Yes. The sessions themselves will be hosted via Vimeo so we can give the ability to view the Virtual Puppy Therapy sessions in 360° video. Whilst you can use this functionality on desktop, if you want to get the full 360° experience on your mobile device you’ll need to download the Vimeo app. You can download the app here.

Do I need to attend the full day?
No. Once you have registered your details, you’ll be able to pop in and out of sessions as you wish.
What if I can’t make one of the workshops?
All of the talks & workshops will be made available for you to watch on-demand for 30 days after the event. You’ll be able to access these by logging in on the Event Page as you would on the day itself.
Do I need to participate?
No. Just like our normal events, we wanted to create an experience where you can switch off and relax. You aren’t required to participate and you won’t need to worry about having your camera or microphone on. Some of the sessions such as Desk Yoga and Flower Tonic are interactive but there is no pressure to get involved if you don’t want to. There will also be a chat feature available for some of the sessions where you can ask questions but this is entirely optional.
Do I need to prepare for any of the workshops?
Please see the overview of the day below for all the information on what you’ll need for each individual session.
Are other companies attending the event?
Yes, although you won’t see or hear anyone else. There will be a chat feature for some of the sessions but you aren’t required to use this.
Where are you broadcasting from?
We are working with the wonderful team at Huddle in Hammersmith to bring you our Virtual Puppy Therapy event. They are offering a one week free trial to all attendees of this event, click here to sign up!

13.55 Flower Tonic
Get creative and unwind with this easy follow-along green-fingered workshop. Aimed at demonstrating therapy through playful creativity, this session will introduce you to the process of drying flowers at home. Immerse yourself in nature as we show you some of the exciting ways you can use household objects to make beautiful decorative pieces for the home or even to give as gifts.
Duration: 45mins
What You’ll Need:
1) Three (or more) glass bottles or jars
You can re-use any bottles or condiment/ jam jars you have at home. Think about the size of the bottleneck - the wider the neck the more flowers you'll need to fill them (bottles with a narrow neck work well for dried flowers). Different height jars work really well together too.
2) Scissors
Sharper the better!
3) Dried flowers
A selection of dried flower stems. You can source dried flowers online (dried flower letterboxes are available to buy on the Flower Tonic webshop) or from a local florist. Alternatively, you can buy some fresh flowers or forage from your garden or whilst out on a walk, and we'll go through some tips to help you dry your flowers at home. If you choose the latter just keep your fresh flowers in water leading up to the workshop - they should be dried whilst at their best!
4) String or ribbon to hang your flowers - if you're drying them
Optional extras:
Ribbon, string or wire to decorate or hang the bottles.

There's a selection of jars and bottles available to buy from Flower Tonic ahead of the workshop here:
