Wim Hof Method Breathwork session
Please be aware that this type of breathwork is very powerful so listen to your body and never force anything. As a participant, it is your personal responsibility to determine whether you are fit to take part. You are strongly advised not to participate in the breathwork session if you have any of the following conditions:
Pregnancy - Epilepsy - Heart Conditions - High Blood Pressure
Please do not attempt this type of breathwork while in the water, while swimming, driving or riding a bike. Always perform in a safe environment, either sitting comfortably or lying down.
