Wim Hof Method Breathwork session
Please be aware that this type of breathwork is very powerful so listen to your body and never force anything. As a participant, it is your personal responsibility to determine whether you are fit to take part. You are strongly advised not to participate in the breathwork session if you have any of the following conditions:
Pregnancy - Epilepsy - Heart Conditions - High Blood Pressure
Please do not attempt this type of breathwork while in the water, while swimming, driving or riding a bike. Always perform in a safe environment, either sitting comfortably or lying down. You will get the most benefit if you do not eat for two hours prior to the session. You may experience sensations such as:
light-headedness, tingling in the hands and feet, emotional release, feeling a little colder, mild ear ringing and tightness in the hands.
These are all perfectly normal reactions and are safe.
Please understand that participation is entirely at your own risk.
The content shared in these sessions are for educational & informational purposes only.
By participating in this session, you are confirming that you have no preexisting injuries or conditions that might be exacerbated by exercise & are partaking at your own risk.
