event operations executive
Paws in Work are excited to offer a new role to support our continued growth! We’re looking for an Event Operations Executive to play a key role in organising and executing our events.

£23,000-£24,000
Hours:
40 hours per week

Various (must be able to commute to and from Chiswick W4)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting up and packing down at events
- Driving our vans to and from events in and around London, as well as areas outside the M25
- Risk Assessing upcoming events and guiding clients through the logistics of our events
- Checking, maintaining and cleaning our equipment to ensure it is safe for our events
- Checking and refilling supplies during and after events
- Offering support to the Directors and Operations Manager on ways we can improve our processes by keeping a close eye on the day to day running of events
Requirements For The Role:
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive, hands-on & forward-thinking approach
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills – you’ll be dealing with people of all levels when planning and executing our events
- Adaptability & flexibility
- Close attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to move heavy equipment

Paws in Work are a specialist Puppy Therapy and Mental Health Training start-up who work with corporate clients to improve wellbeing within their workplace. We are the only licensed Puppy Therapy company in the UK and offer MHFA England accredited and bespoke mental health training courses and talks. Our aim is ‘To Create A Better Life For People & Pups’ and our work is based around our three pillars:

Training provided
We’ll train you alongside our excellent team. You’ll have in house training with our puppy therapy specialist team, you will be fully inducted and have a chance to shadow others.
